Tēnā koe Department of Internal Affairs,

In accordance with the Official Information Act 1982, I am requesting information relating to the department of Internal Affairs’ employment disputes while the Hon. Peter Dunne has served as head of the department, the period 28 January 2014 to 31 December 2016.

I request information regarding, but not limited to, sexual harassment, work place bullying and financial mismanagement. Specifically:

- The number of new employment investigations, per branch, for the period 28 January 2014 to 31 December 2016.
- The outcome of each investigation, listed per branch, with no information that reveals personal details.
- Furthermore, a breakdown of costs per investigation, including settlement costs, with no information that reveals personal details.

For the purposes of the Act, I am a New Zealand citizen and residing in New Zealand at the time of making this request. You generally have 20 working days to respond to this notice, as required by law.

Your response will be published publicly on the fyi.org.nz website.
