Dear Kapiti Coast District Council,

I would like to know if you have any traffic cameras operating locally that may pick up a criminal who stole our caravan from Otaihanga yesterday between 12 and 3pm. Is there a camera at the Kapiti Lights? It is a very easy identifiable caravan and it has been in my family for 40 years and I would very much like it back. Any help with road footage would be much appreciated
