Official Information Act 1982 request – breakdown of ACC claims from
sporting injuries in last five years by sport

Thank you for your e-mail request detailed below received by Sport NZ on 5
April 2017. We have recently become aware of the earlier email sent on 6
March 2016 to our organisation.  Unfortunately the email was lost in the
system and we apologise for not responding.

Sport NZ does not hold the information you have requested.  We have
transferred your request to the most appropriate agency to respond (the
Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC)). You will receive a response in
due course.

Please note that if you are not satisfied with this response you have the
right to make a complaint to the Ombudsman under section 28(3) of the OIA.
