- costs charged to Rangiora High School

4. Paul Bass - cost of investigation*
- Shape It forensic investigation*

5. Dr Pauline Stewart*
- management of parent complaints and report fees

6. Dr Grainger*
- interviewing staff and ex staff.
- use of motel as an office for interviewing

7. Bev Moore's witnesses at ERA hearing - staff from Rangiora High School*
- Chris Quigley, Julia Malcom, Brian Hays, Scott Wright, Kerry Sullivan
(NB. Mrs Burrows witnesses from Rangiora High School had their pay deducted if
they appeared during school hours)

8. Bev Moore - preparation and attendance at the ERA hearing*

9. Accountant -Michael Lee*
- audit fee

10. Media and Communications - Christchurch company*
- associated costs charged by media firm.

11. Referrals by Bev Moore in requiring Mrs Peggy Burrows to attend*

- for wrongful dismissal

- all forms of transport e.g. Rental cars, air flights, taxis, private car mileage charge
- accommodation for all people involved (motels, hotels)
- meals
- use of office space and staff for ERA hearing
- office sundries e.g. Photocopying,
- preparation of documents and reports - hourly fee or total cost.

I have received the costings of Rangiora High School for Ms Moores hourly rate and times from March 2014 up until the end of January 2017. This has been paid from Rangiora High School funds - a total of $192,200.00
Also, for the same periods, her travel and accommodation. This has been paid for from the Ministry of Education fundings. (i.e. taxpayers). $92,691.92

A total sum of $284,891.92

I have not yet received the following costings:
