I would like a response as to what qualifications and what qualifies a person to be a Commissioner of a school?
What qualifications and what qualifies a Commissioner to sack the Board of Trustees and become the sole BOT and thus run and direct a school?
Example below is that of a person who years ago got a BA and the a nurse's qualification.
NO TEACHING QUALIFICATIONS OR EXPERIENCE AS A TEACHER, DP OR PRINCIPAL?
Other than being on the BOT of Marlborough Girl's College.
How does that fit with a commissioner's qualifications to run as a sole BOT, staff, pupils and community?
