Transfer of Defence Housing in Papakura to other organisations such as HNZ

Dear New Zealand Defence Force,

I am enquiring about Defence Force housing stock on Russell Avenue in Papakura, Auckland being possibly transferred to civilian organisations such as Housing New Zealand.

My questions are the following please:

1) Is the Defence Force housing on Russell Avenue, the lower end of Arimu Road, and Dittmar Place in Papakura being transferred from the Defence Force to another organisation such Housing New Zealand?

2) When would a transfer take place if it was happening?

3) Why is the transfer taking place if it was happening?

4) Will Russell Avenue and Dittmar Place (currently private roads) be transferred to Auckland Transport to become public roads?
