Dear Government Communications Security Bureau,

Have any New Zealand - based companies that provide geospatial technology to the GSCB provided expertise, staff, information, or technology via the GCSB - or, via other agencies - to foreign agencies such as the NSA, the CIA, or any other intelligence agencies in the USA, the UK, or the EU that has subsequently been used in drone strikes in the Middle East or anywhere else over the past decade?

If so, how many combatants or foreign fighters have been killed as a result of the provision of such services by those New Zealand - based companies, and how many civilians, or non-combatants, have been killed?

Are such statistics collected?
