Dear Department of Internal Affairs,
As per Digital Child Exploitation Filtering System Code of Practice - March 2013 section 4.3: "Meetings of the IRG will be held at least three times a year."
and 4.6 "Reports to the IRG and minutes of meetings of the IRG shall be published on the Department’s website." I am requesting the minutes and briefing documents of the 3rd meeting in 2015 and all (whether this is 2 or 3 meetings) meetings in 2016 of the Independent Reference Group.

The 3rd meeting minutes/briefing documents of 2015 and the 2016 meeting minutes/briefing documents are missing from DIA website at https://www.dia.govt.nz/Censorship-DCEFS...

Please either respond with the meeting minutes and briefing documents or confirm that they will be posted to the DIA IRG website by the end of 2016.
