Dear Ms Wilson,

This relates to your OIA request:

I am writing to request all the communications which relate to my initial
request REF: 201602600 originally sent on 23 June 2016 and the follow up
sent on September 5 2016.

This response has involved input from a number of people. As such we
require a short extension to the timeframe for responding under section
15A(a) of the Official Information Act until Friday 16 December 2016.
