·         The contact details of the Complaints Investigation and
Prosecution, at the Department of Internal Affairs (the Department)

 

·         A copy of any and all files held by the Department for an
organisation in which you are the chairperson - Charity number CC37069.
You stated that the Community Services’ office in Hamilton has these
files.

 

As per section 14(b)(i) of the Act, I am transferring your request to the
Department for consideration, as the Minister does not hold this
information. The Department will have up to 20 working days to respond to
your request, upon receipt of this transfer.
