New Zealand Fire Service mandatory drug and alcohol testing at fire incidents

Dear New Zealand Fire Service Commission,

Please provide the NZFS drug and alcohol testing policy for career and volunteer fire fighters for fire incidents where either a member of the public has suffered injury or loss, or where a career or volunteer fire fighter has suffered injury or loss.

If no such policy exists, please provide any other mandatory drug testing policy that requires random alcohol and drug testing for career and volunteer personnel operational fire fighters.
