Reason for prohibiting publication of our decision
RC DAHIYA (Account suspended) made this Official Information request to Ministry of Justice
The request was successful.
From: RC DAHIYA (Account suspended)
Dear Ministry of Justice,
Dear Sirs
Ref No: Residence Appeal IPT 202924 - DAHIYA, Ram Chander
We want to draw your kind attention to the Immigration and Protection Tribunal Judgement, (IPT 202924 - DAHIYA, Ram Chander).
We beg to state that the Immigration and Protection Tribunal (IPT) has prohibited the publication of this decision citing "Private Copy not for publication".
We wish to get VERY DETAILED REASONS as to the IPT has prohibited this publication of the decision which is a legal document and is to be published for all people to take reference from it. We also want to know why we were not advised and consulted before prohibiting the decision for publication.
We request that the IPT decision MUST be made COMPLETELY PUBLIC and AVAILABLE FOR ALL so that the people placed in similar circumstances MUST know, as we feel, how the truth has been twisted to serve vested interests.
If you need any more information about it, it shall readily be provided.
Yours faithfully,
DR RC Dahiya & Parveen
