I have one information request as follows:
Could you please provide the latest “employer details” for the following person.
Mr. [Name removed], D.O.B: [Date removed]
(Formally of Aliclad Fabrication Ltd-Hamilton)
We request this information under the Official Information Act 1982 for the purpose of locating this respondent so the Ministry of Justice can further serve a summons for a “Financial Assessment Hearing” to be set down in the Hamilton District Court at the next available time for money owing to this company, we are advised to supply this information to the Ministry of Justice so they can further proceed with a summons, as they have been unsuccessful to date,
