Dear Ministry of Education,

I am applying under the Official Information Act, for a copy of the draft Ero report the Ministry of Education undertook for Whanganui High School in term 3 of 2015. The report has been under an embargo for too long and in the interest of Education at Whanganui High School I request the draft report be made available to the teaching staff in that school.

Yours faithfully,

Dear Mark Evans,

While I support the Ministry of Education in finally releasing the amended ERO report for Whanganui High School, my initial request through the site fyi.org.nz on the 16th of April was to publish the draft report. I would like to follow this process through and to read the draft Ero report for Whanganui High School.

Yours sincerely,

g hall

Dear Mark Evans,

Thank you for your response ( Ref: LE13-01-02-432) to my letter requesting that the draft Education Review Office report for Whanganui High School be published. I am pleased the ERO report is now on the school Website, and understand more fully the processes the Ministry of Education follow in preparing a draft ERO report for any school. While my concern centered around the length of time this report stayed in a Draft format I am pleased with the final outcome.

I would therefore like to withdraw my request. Thank you for your timely correspondence in this matter

Yours sincerely,

g hall
