Dear Ministry of Education,
Our group, the Wantwood Community Room Preservation Society are currently trying to establish ownership of the 1919 ‘Wantwood Room’, gifted to the school/community in 1984, currently situated on the site of Wairau Valley School.
Under the Official Information Act of 1982 we would like to request the following-
-Any School board notes and minutes relating to the Wantwood Room in 1983, 1984 and 1985.
-Any ministry correspondence concerning the Wantwood Room in 1983, 1984 and 1985
-An official document which states MOE have ownership of said building.
