Good afternoon Robert. In response to your subsequent OIA request I advise that the information previously provided to you on the amount paid to David Engwicht / Creative Communities Ltd included any disbursement costs. These costs were included in the fee paid to them and was not separated out.

Then could you please confirm if council staff or councillors entertained David Engwicht during his stays. This should include collection from the airport and being taken out for meals for example.

I can confirm that no council staff or councillor entertained David Engwicht during his stays. Therefore there are no expenses for collection from the airport, meals or any other expense.
