I request a copy of all reports, interviews, notes, emails, recordings of radio communications and any other exchanges by or to Maritime New Zealand staff, the Waimakariri- Ashley Coastguard and the MV Tuhoe Kaiapoi Rivertown Trust in relation to the September 27, 2015 grounding of the MV Tuhoe on the Waimakariri River bar.

If the charge for this information exceeds $500 please get in contact before proceeding.
