CYFS cases that involve caregiver drug use

Jason Howarth made this Official Information request to Ministry of Social Development

The request was refused by Ministry of Social Development.

From: Jason Howarth

Dear Ministry of Social Development,

I request under the OIA the following information from Child Youth and Family (CYF):

How many notifications did CYF received in 2013/2014 and 2014/2015 that relate to parent/guardian/caregiver drug use?

How many CYF cases since 2013 have parent/guardian/caregiver drug use listed or been identified as an issue?

What are CYF guidelines relating to parent/guardian/caregiver drugs use and continued involvement with children?

Yours faithfully,

Jason Howarth
