or involving the Minister or his staff that reference UNDRIP, Article
13.2, Chapter 13, or the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of
Indigenous Peoples in the context of the India-New Zealand FTA, from the
commencement of negotiations (March 2025) to the date of the first reading
(25 June 2026).
