Dear Environmental Protection Authority,

I noted your previous OIA act reply- Reference number: ENQ-46375-T1X7Q9

I note that you previously advised:

"The EPA received 63 applications for the committee member vacancies advertised. We are not aware of any applications from nominating agencies. The recruitment process is ongoing, and shortlisting is yet to take place. We are unable to provide a date for when the recruitment process will conclude."

I understand that the recruitment round has now concluded. Could you please provide an update on the outcome of the recruitment process, including:

How many applicants were shortlisted?
How many applicants were interviewed?
How many appointments were made?
What are the names of the appointed committee members?
Have appointment letters been issued to the successful appointees? If so, I request copies of those appointment letters.

In addition, I would like to know what benefits, if any, committee members receive beyond meeting fees. Specifically, do they receive any of the following:

Reimbursement of expenses;
A laptop or other computer equipment;
An identification card;
A mobile phone; or
Any other benefits or provisions.

If committee members are entitled to expense reimbursement, I also request a copy of the EPA's policy governing expense reimbursement for committee members.
