Dear Ministry of Justice,

 

Thank you for your recent response to my OIA request regarding the
2025/2026 appointments.

 

I would be grateful if you could provide an update on the appointment
processes for the New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary
Tribunal and the New Zealand Parole Board.

 

In your previous response, you indicated that some appointments were still
pending. Could you please advise whether there has been any further
progress in relation to these appointments?

 

In addition, could you please provide the following information for both
statutory bodies:

 

The names of all current members;

The commencement date of each member's current term; and The expiry date
of each member's current term.
