information related to the recent advertisement for the Deputy Chair of
the Social Security Appeal Authority.

 

We have transferred your request to the Ministry of Social Development
(MSD). The information to which your request relates, is more closely
connected with the functions of MSD. While the Ministry did host the
advertisement on our website, this was done at the request of MSD.

 

In these circumstances, we are required by section 14 of the OIA to
