2015 Statistics on beneficiary drug tests

Dear Ministry of Social Development,
I would like to request the following information regarding the
drug testing of beneficiaries with work expectations which took
effect July 2013:
1. The number of beneficiaries referred to jobs which require drug
testing
2. The number of beneficiaries who failed or refused a drug test
3. The number of beneficiaries who, after failing or refusing a
drug test, were required to repay the cost of their drug test (as
noted on factsheet JOBS105 - JUL13)
4. The number of beneficiaries who, after failing or refusing a
drug test, subsequently failed or refused a second drug test.
I would like this information for the period August 1 2014 - July 31 2015.
I would prefer to receive an electronic response. Queries about
this request will be automatically forwarded to me by the
fyi.org.nz website.
With regards to s12 of the OIA, I am an NZ citizen and in NZ.
