Please provide information regarding NZCF uniform inventory, allocation, and supply for the period covering the last three years.

For the purpose of this request, “uniform items” refers to all items issued for NZCF use, including but not limited to clothing, footwear, headdress, insignia, rank slides, badges, webbing, load-bearing equipment, and any other standard-issued uniform or personal equipment items provided for NZCF use.

Specifically, I request:

1. Current Uniform Inventory Held by HQ

• The current inventory levels of all NZCF uniform items currently held in HQ storage facilities, warehouses, or other storage locations.
• A breakdown by item type and quantity held.

2. Historical Uniform Inventory

• Records showing quantities of all NZCF uniform items held within HQ storage over the last three years.
• Where possible, please provide this information by year and item type.

3. Uniform Allocations to Units

• Records showing quantities and types of uniform items allocated, distributed, transferred, or issued to NZCF units during the last three years.
• Please include unit-level allocation figures where available.

4. Uniform Production / Procurement

• Information relating to uniform items currently being produced, manufactured, procured, or otherwise acquired for NZCF use.
• Quantities produced, procured, or acquired annually over the last three years by item type.

5. NZDF Surplus Uniforms and Equipment

• Records relating to uniform items or equipment supplied to NZCF through NZDF surplus processes over the last three years.
• Quantities, item types, and dates supplied where available.
