Official Information Act Request

I request the following information relating to school issued devices assigned to the Principal (or acting Principal) between 3 April 2026 and 19 April 2026 inclusive.

Specifically, I request:
- Copies of, or summaries of, internet browsing and website access records for those devices during this period.
- Any firewall, proxy, DNS, web filtering, mobile device management, Microsoft 365, Google - Workspace, or similar logs showing internet domains or websites and times accessed from those devices during this period.

Any policies or retention schedules relating to the storage, deletion, or retention of browsing history or internet access logs for school issued devices.

Where possible, I am requesting summaries, domain level information, or website categories accessed, rather than personal content or credentials.

I am happy for genuinely private personal information unrelated to the request to be redacted pursuant to the Official Information Act 1982.

- specify the grounds relied upon under the Act,
- identify whether the information exists but is withheld, or whether it is not held,
- and provide any reasonably available portion of the information.
