Thank you for your 10 December 2015 email requesting  information that ACC
referred to when recognising, rehabilitating and managing concussion and
mild TBI injuries from 1991 to 1998.

 

You may be aware that the Official Information Act states that
organisations have a maximum of 20 working days in which to respond to
your request.  Section 2 of the Official Information Act notes that the
days between 25 December and 15 January (inclusive) are not included in
the definition of “working day”.  As your email was received on 10
December, ACC has until 1 February 2016 to respond to your request.

In the interim, we are working on your request and will be in touch with
you as soon as possible, and certainly by 1 February.
