Dear Ministry of Justice,

 

Could you please provide a list of all current members of the Land
Valuation Tribunals, including their names, the start and expiry dates of
their terms? Additionally, could you indicate whether each member is a
registered valuer or lawyer/judge or lay member.

 

Also, Could you also confirm the pay rates for the member role (Chair and
Members)? Further, please provide the total payments received by each
member (not included chairperson) from 1st Jan 2025 to 1st Jan 2026. I
understand there may be privacy considerations, so I’m happy for this
information to be presented anonymously (e.g., “Member 1 received X
amount,” “Member 2 received X amount”).
