Thanks for this.
I don't still have copies of any of the old reports, but hopefully these
can be found within the system somewhere.

I would recommend you ask the question of the Regulations Review Committee
(email to [1][email address]), rather than an
official information act request as Parliament select committees are
separate from the remit of that legislation.
