The request was successful.
From: Ms Hosseini
Dear Ministry of Social Development,
In light of the recent passing of the Social Security (Accident Compensation and Calculation of Weekly Income) Amendment Act, I would like to know if the supplementary assistance debt of those transitioning to ACC's LOPE scheme may be paid back incrementally (eg. $10 a week) or must now be paid back immediately in its entirety out of the backdated sum.
Yours faithfully,
Ms Hosseini
