I am writing to request information relating to complaints concerning the following charitable trusts:

Colville Community Health Trust CC34590
Colville Junction Charitable Trust CC20405
The Colville Project Trust CC56058

Specifically, I request details of any complaints received by the Department of Internal Affairs (including Charities Services) in relation to each of the above trusts, including:
- The date each complaint was received.
- The nature and substance of the complaint.
- Any assessment, findings, or determinations made.
- Copies of all correspondence (including emails, letters, file notes, and internal communications) relating to complaints made about the above trusts.
