Auckland Transport formally transferred this request to Auckland Council under section 12 of the Act.

We can confirm that no road designations have applied to or been removed from Brookside Road, Glenbrook (in the Franklin District Plan between 1995 and 2010, or in the Auckland Council District Plan (Franklin Section) since 2010.

In addition, no notices of requirement for road designation or changes to existing road designations in relation to Brookside Road, Glenbrook have been included in the Proposed Auckland Unitary Plan.
