Laws regarding emission of CCN causing cloud over New Zealand

Dear Environmental Protection Authority,
I telephoned your office today and talked to "Monica" but she suggested I put this in writing. 12 November I geolocated a Ship, what appears to be a commercial tanker, off the coast of Australia. It had just departed Newcastle and was travelling at 14 knots in a northward direction up the coast. This tanker apparently was operating from an LNG powered engine that was emitting voluminous quantities of "cloud" CCN (cloud condensation nuclei). So much in fact that this was how I found the tanker; the cloud crossed the Tasman and went onto land in the south of the South Island.
This is clear, provable evidence of a tanker altering the weather in New Zealand; it would be adventurous to say that clouds do not have any impact on weather as they are literally a :weather effect". I am in a capacity to be able to do this again; to geolocate other tankers that are producing cloud that covers NZ skies and I plan to do so.
It is very simple; I already have images and video showing the cloud in question emanating from a single (moving) point using satellite images. From there using AI I source correlated the cloud to the ship in question as both the satellite images AND ship tracking websites have time notations so it is just a matter of connecting these up. I may also be able to do the same with planes. My question then is that given farmers and horticulturalists have been given excessive legislation to reduce herd numbers, etc to regulate "climate change", what laws apply and what actions do or will you take to regulate tankers producing cloud, ships or planes producing cloud that is influencing NZ weather. By the way I would appreciate greatly a direct no-nonsense answer rather than dancing around my question wording; I think you know what I am asking here and how much this may affect outcomes when NZ is faced with farmers turning farms to forests because they cannot comply with all the legislation in place. So simply; what is the deal here? Can you help or will I have a protracted battle to expose the truth that at least in part NZ weather is being caused by ships producing cloud?
