1. How many OIA requests were made to the Ministry of Education?
2. What percentage of these were refused, with a breakdown of reasons for refusal.
3. What percentage of all OIA requests were sent to the Ombudsman?
4. What was the breakdown of Ombudsman decisions of these complaints?
5. If complaints were upheld by the Ombudsman, what was the reason for upholding this complaint?
6. What was the timeframe for completion of requests that were sent to the Ombudsman?
