I am requesting the following information under the Official Information Act 1982.
Scope
All travel undertaken between Auckland and Wellington by Michael Frampton, Deputy Chief Executive – Service Delivery, during the calendar year to date.
For each individual trip, please provide:
1. Dates of travel (departure and return)
2. Purpose of the travel, including meetings, events, or engagements attended
3. Mode of travel and class of fare (e.g., economy, flexi, business)
4. Total cost per trip, broken down into—
Airfares
Accommodation
Ground transport
Any other reimbursed travel-related expenses.
5. Frequency and pattern of travel (e.g., standard weekly commuting arrangements or ad-hoc travel)
6. Any documentation demonstrating benefits, outcomes, or value from the travel—reports, visit summaries, presentations, and any recorded application of learnings
7. Any travel-related gifts, upgrades, or hospitality provided by ACC or third parties, including the monetary value if known
Format
Please provide this information in an electronic format such as a spreadsheet or PDF. If any information is withheld, please cite the section(s) of the Act relied upon.
If clarifying or refining any part of this request would assist efficient processing, please contact me before considering an extension. I am also open to receiving the information in stages as it becomes available.
