Results of T cells declining in the Pfizer non clinical report post vaccination

Erika Whittome made this Official Information request to Ministry of Health

Currently waiting for a response from Ministry of Health, they must respond promptly and normally no later than (details and exceptions).

From: Erika Whittome

Dear Ministry of Health,

The non clinical report for the Pfizer Covid vaccine talks about T cells declining relatively quickly after 5 weeks after the second dose on page 31 of this report:

https://www.health.govt.nz/system/files/...

It says “ Please comment on these findings in relation to the potential of the vaccine for antibody-dependent disease enhancement (ADE) and vaccine-associated enhanced respiratory disease (VAERD)”

The response in the report to this is….
“ In the ongoing Phase 1 studies in the US and Germany (C4591001 and BNT162-01, respectively), persistence of antibody and T cell responses are being assessed up to 2 years following vaccination and will provide the most relevant and reliable measure of long-term memory.”

Please share the report C4591001 which contains the results of the persistence of antibody and T cell responses following vaccinations.

Given this non clinical report was sent to medsafe January 2021, it’s been more than 2 years so I would expect C4591001 to be well completed .

Yours faithfully,

Erika Whittome
