Thank you for your email received today, 10th October 2025, in which you submitted an Official Information Act request as follows:

Grateful if I could receive a list of all meetings (and their minutes) that Rt Hon Christopher Luxon has joined with any staff from or for Fonterra. I am looking for the period 2021-2025 both as PM and Leader of Opposition.

Your request is being considered in accordance with the Act, and you can expect a response by 10th November 2025 (date determined by the OIA calculator).
