Staff turnover in OIA team in DPMC
Te Hona Koe made this Official Information request to Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet
The request was refused by Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet.
From: Te Hona Koe
DPMC, since you can't answer basic questions and take accountability for poor management recruitment then we will simplify the question for you...
Since 25 September 2023 to 19 September 2025 how many staff have resigned from the OIA team at DPMC?
Since 25 September 2023 to 19 September 2025 how many staff have been recruited to the OIA team at DPMC?
What is the total recruitment cost between 25 September 2023 to 19 September 2025 (including GST) for the OIA team.
Our understanding is that the last manager had a huge influence on how these questions back in September 2023 were answered so here's hoping the answers this time don't have the same interference and are truthful.
Te Hone

Dear Information [DPMC],
Unbelievable DPMC...who are you trying to protect here, the bully who had huge staff turnover in the two years that they were the manager. How do you actually defend this? Zero accountability. The whole of Wellington knows that the last manager was a nightmare and you can't even answer basic questions about staff turnover during their horrid regime. Disgusting. Shameful. Appalling.
There will be a Ombudsman complaint about this and we will also alert the media.
Yours sincerely,
Te Hona Koe (and co)
