In order to provide you with the information requested, could you please
clarify which Flexible endoscopy procedure you are seeking information
on. 

 

Flexible endoscopy can refer to a variety of procedures, for
example bronchoscopy, gastroscopy, colposcopy, hysteroscopy, cystoscopy,
or capsule endoscopy.  

 

Please note that District Health Boards (DHBs) were disestablished in
2022, with the formation of Health NZ / Te Whatu Ora. We have interpreted
your request as referring to Health NZ districts.  For more information
