The Northland Regional Council holds a substantial amount of information
in relation to the Sustainable Solvents site at Ruakaka since it
investigated a report alleging illegal dumping of chemicals at the site in
late 2014. Since then, other agencies with responsibilities from managing
hazardous substances and waste have become involved in responding to the
issues at the site.  Those agencies may also hold relevant/related
information that the Council does not hold.  

 

Before the Council proceeds further with your information request, we seek
clarification of what specific information you are wanting to be provided
with. It would be preferable to discuss this with you over the phone, but
