Response to this request is long overdue. By law New Zealand Parole Board should have responded by now (details and exceptions). The requester can complain to the Ombudsman.

Following up on my previous request made on May 14, 2025.

Could I please have a break down of the following questions, in chart layout format.

- How many Life Sentenced Inmates were granted first parole at first parole hearing? Please can this chart consist of, year, nationality, sex, prison, and total numbers of who appeared per year also. Dating back 5 years.

- How many Life Sentenced Inmates were granted parole at their second parole hearings? Please can this chart consist of, year, nationality, sex, prison, and total numbers of who appeared per year also. Dating back 5 years.

- What were the stand down periods for those granted second parole at thier second parole hearings from their first parole hearing decline? Dating back 5 years.
