Dear Ministry of Justice,

 

Thank you for your recent reply- OIA 124001 Luke.pdf

 

Given that he has not resigned from any of his positions, and in light of
the recent news, has the Ministry initiated any internal processes to
further investigate this matter? These are serious issues and should not
be taken lightly.

 

I am also requesting information regarding your internal processes,
procedures, or policies for handling matters of this nature, as this
situation appears to amount to fraud.

 

Furthermore, I would like guidance on how to lodge a formal complaint
against a Visiting Justice and Justice of the Peace, as I intend to submit
one regarding his conduct.
