Dear St. Patrick's College Silverstream School Board,

I request the following information under the Official Information Act 1982:

a). Departmental budgets and expenditure for - special character and religious education - school years 2012 and 2013.

b). Details of all expenditure by the school on guest speakers for special character / religious education in 2012 and 2013.

c). Details of all expenditure, correspondence, and feedback (student, staff, parent) relating to the visit/s to the school in 2012/2013 of Mr. John-Henry Westen.

The deadline for this request is Tuesday 9 September 2025.

Dear Luke
Thank you for your request for details of all expenditure relating to the
visit/s to the school in 2012/2013 of visiting speaker Mr. John-Henry
Westen.
I have searched the school's financial records and unfortunately have not
been able to locate any expenditure information in relation to the visit/s
to the school of Mr John-Henry Westen in 2012/13.
In accordance with the below guidance from the Ministry of Education we
are required to keep financial records such as invoices etc. for seven
years and therefore no longer hold this information.

I also note the school changed our accounting system to Xero in 2015 and
therefore I have been unable to find any financial information through our
accounting system in relation to your request.
