Dear Official Correspondence,
Yes that is the correct sign. I have received an email from a customer liaison from Auckland Transport and that is what they called it, a driver feedback sign.
Section taken from said customer Liaison email to me:
"As part of our response to the concerns raised, Auckland Transport has commissioned the installation of driver feedback signs on Rosier Road. These signs provide real-time speed information to motorists and are intended to encourage safer driving behaviour. The installation has been approved, and we expect the work to be completed by the end of August 2025."

Thank you for your request information transferred from the New Zealand
Transport Agency to Health NZ for response.
You requested the following information under the Official Information Act
1982:
“4) How much for an ambulance to attend a car accident?”
In response, I can confirm Health NZ does not collect information
regarding costs for ambulance attendance or for specific types of events
attended. As such your request is refused under section 18(g) of the OIA
as the information is not held by this organisation.
