The functions of the former Covid-19 Vaccine Immunisation Programme (CVIP)
transferred to Health New Zealand – Te Whatu Ora as part of the health
system reforms. Your request is therefore more closely connected to the
functions of by Health New Zealand and the Ministry has decided to
transfer your request to Health New Zealand under section 14(b)(ii) of the
Act.
