Dear Health Research Council of New Zealand,
Please provide all communications, including letters, emails, texts, and WhatsApp messages between the Chair of the Council and the CEO of the HRC regarding the delay in announcing results of the 2025 programme and project rounds.
Further please provide the same for the delay in announcing the opening of the 2026 project round.
