Gazette publishing requirements
john luke made this Official Information request to Department of Internal Affairs
The request was successful.
From: john luke
Dear Department of Internal Affairs,
I note that the terms and conditions of the Gazette state "All notices submitted must have a legislative requirement to be published in the New Zealand Gazette and submitters must have the authority to request publication of their content."
I would like to request any information, standard processes or internal guidance relating to how submissions of notices are handled when they do not reference legislation or there is no legislative requirement to publish the notice.
Yours faithfully,
john luke
