Dear Children's Commissioner,

Under the Official Information Act 1982, I request the following information about the grievance process for young people in Oranga Tamariki Youth Justice residences:

1. Any current draft or public policies or recommendations of the Office of the Children's Commissioner on grievance process for young people in Oranga Tamariki Youth Justice residences;
2. Any materials, reports, presentations or docucments from any symposiums held on the grievance procedures (notably from the symposiums held on grievance procedures in 2018 and 2020); and
3. Any minutes from forums or meetings involving of the OCC relating to grievance procedures (notably minutes from GMOC in 2013).

I prefer electronic copies of documents where possible. If any information is withheld, please cite the relevant OIA section.
