Dear New Zealand Police,
Under the OIA please provide the following:
The date Police began their investigation into Te Pati Māori for their failure to file their statement.
The exact date Police issued the formal warning to Te Pati Māori for their failure to file their audited financial statement to the Electoral Commission.
A copy of the warning that was issued.
Are Police investigating Te Pati Māori for the recent failure to yet again file their financial documents on time?
If so, when did this investigation begin?
Thank you
