Please provide all advice you have provided to the Chief Executive or Ministers on the financial implications of removing pay scales and step progression structures in the public service since June 2024.

Please provide any research conducted on the impact of pay scales and step progression structures on the public service workforce. This could include, but is not limited to, documents discussing pay equity, workforce pay relative to the private sector, or potential changes to pay structures.
