2. Clexane

3. oral anticoagulants, separating warfarin and direct thrombin inhibitors
4. immunomodulaters eg DMARDs, prednisone 5. fentanyl and midazolam
injectibles used in the community 6. Anti-Parkinsonian agents 7. HRT
products
